I installed Vista 5 times on my computer, but decided to go back to XP. Have anybody has the same problem? Tried Vista because of the interface, but VERY SLOW!!!It seems to be using too much CPU power and my hard drive keeps working in the background constantly. I switched back to XP - seems to be faster at doing everything than VISTA. Just customized XP to look like VISTA but faster!! Should I continue using XP or reinstall Vista - Will VISTA upgrade from XP be the same as Mellinium upgrade of win98? Thanks.

Stay with XP. If you're system can't handle Vista, why try it? If you're happy with XP, stay with it. Vista is mostly a graphics upgrade anyways, which explains why it's soo slow. Besides, Vista is still in it's early stages and it's going to be getting a lot of updates. Microsoft never finishes it's products, so you will be updating constantly. I suggest you wait about 6 months or until Microsoft releases a service pack for Vista to upgrade.
