I have a windows vista HP laptop. and when I turned it on this morning, everything was huge and oversized. the icons are large, the windows are large, the gadgets on the side are big and everything on the page as I'm typing right now is large and completly oversized. I don't know whats wrong. I checked the font size and its normal, I didn't set it to be large. I even messed with the desktop options. I don't know whats wrong. (oh and I'm the only one who uses this computer nobody else has access to it)

Your resolution changed. Sometimes setting resolution fails, so it goes back to the default smallest one. Right click on the desktop, go to personalize. Go to resolution and move the slider back up to increase it.
