what camcorder works best with vista?

I have had a sony cybershot for about 5 yrs and love it. My new vista isnt combatable with any sony products and Im looking into a new camcorder. How do I know what will work best? I didnt realize that vista was so picky about its pictures…. geeze!

Hi, I'm using Home Basic, and with a few tweaks have allowed my vista to somehow emulate the higher versions (without the transparencies, taskbar previews and the win+tab window feature).

Because of this, my computer now has the black/graphite look.

However, I can't seem to change the color of the part of the window with the 'organize', 'view' , 'play all' and '?' buttons. I wanted to make them black, too.
