I would say because of the compatibility issues it has w/ some software and other minor bugs. It's not that big of a deal in my opinion, they will fix them soon enough. Just like how XP started, wasn't compatible w/ things and had bugs as well, but now it's a great system. Everyone has their opinion tho, as long as it does what you want it to do, then no worries!
