  • Vista Fixes? Problems? Registry tweaks? Does anything help?

    Well I've been in the computer business a long time, at least as far back as 3.1. And I've never had so many un-solvable operating systems issue's as I have had with Vista.

  • Google gadgets, Vista gadgets, and Mac gadgets (aka the dashboard). What’s the point of them?

    e.g. The gadget that tells you the time. Did Microsoft and Apple forget that they put a clock on their desktop interfaces already?

    Even gadgets that offer remotely useful information, they don't do anything more than a bookmark in my browser can provide.

    and by mistake i think i disabled a server that prevented my HP PSC 1410 from working… so any body has an idea about what services in windows Vista affect the printer?
