when i start up vista home premium the login screen comes up as normal, i type in my password then after it loads for a while, a grey screen comes up with windows explorer on it, from this i can access all my files but that is the only thing on the screen is a grey background and windows explorer. Does anybody know why this problem has come around and wha i can do to fix it ?

Very weird … could be graphics card problem, could be driver problem… can’t really tell without more detail
