I heard it’s because I have vista, but whenever I create a family, which I can do easily, the page get’s stuck on the loading page which follows. Is there a way to overcome the problem?

I have Vista and can make family’s fine. The university maker however sometimes takes a little longer than normal so i just sit and wait, don’t know about you though
