I got a new laptop last august, and everything was working fine with windows vista. But in the past few months, for some reason I am not able to make new folders or right click on the desktop. Whenever I try to do either, a message pops up saying that "windows explorer has stopped working, searching for a solution to the problem", and then the desktop refreshes. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
