I always see on other people's Windows Vista they have the Gadgets on their desktop. But mine isn't on there. How do I obtain it? Like where do I turn it on, or install it?

I'm not looking for gadgets, the gadget toolbar. Thank You!

The sidebar? Go to start>>control panel>>appearance and personalization>>windows sidebar properties.
