i was in college today and a guy had his laptop open and at the top of the desktop it looked like a gadget side bar!! but had internet shortcuts and itunes shortcuts and it wasn't as wide as the sidebar? any1 know how 2 do this?
Basically i think my desktop looks lame and want to make it a bit more interesting!
